In a busy ART clinic, a clinician sees very many patients a day. Somewhere in that queue is a person whose viral load is about to rebound, and neither clinician nor they know it yet.

Viral Rebound is a silent crisis. Not because treatments do not exist. Because the systems to identify and reach at-risk patients on time do not work well enough.

Viral Rebound may increase risks of patients suffering from other opportunistic infections, increase overall cost of public healthcare and many other challenges.
